Publisher grants user (you) a limited non exclusive right to use the widget library and
application for personal site use. This right can be revoked, altered and or otherwise
made un-available at any time.

Publisher does not waive any right to enforce this agreement and additional rights granted under various local statues will not supersede this agreement's enforcement.

This agreement for purposes of venue is herein declared as originating in the state of
California, city of Los Angeles.

User stipulates to judgment for court fees arising from claims granted to publisher against
user. Publisher makes no warranty for any particular fitness for any particular application.
